How liquidity works
Every trade is backed by an on-chain vault.
GX LP Vault sits at the centre of GravityX, and anyone can create one. The vault takes the other side of every trade on the venue, and its operator hedges only the net exposure on external venues. Liquidity is available from the first trade, and client funds never depend on a hedging venue staying solvent.

Who is behind GravityX?
GravityX is built by VommaFi Technology, a trading technology company. Every product we build is part of the GravityX suite.
Can anyone create an LP vault?
Yes. Anyone can create and fund a vault on GravityX and use it to supply liquidity to venues.
Who operates the vault and the hedging?
Whoever creates the vault operates it. GravityX provides the custody, settlement, risk controls and connectivity. The operator decides how the exposure is managed.
What happens to client funds if a venue goes offline?
Traders withdraw directly from the on-chain vault at their last mark-to-market balance. Client capital is never held on a hedging venue.
Do traders need to understand crypto?
No. They get a familiar trading experience. The on-chain layer runs underneath.
